Oaxaca Mixteca Alta del Pacifico
Blue Bottle Coffee.
It’s roasted very light so the coffee yields nutty and chocolate notes. It’s hella good with a cookie in the morning. NOM FREAKING NOM. What I really like about Blue Bottle Coffee is that they serve their roasts within days of finish.
